<li>½ tsp Haldi (Turmeric)</li>
<li>Namak swad anusar</li>
<li>2–3 cups paani</li>
<li>1–2 tsp Ghee (finishing ke liye)</li>

<h2>Tadka / Tempering</h2>

<li>½ tsp Hing (Asafoetida)</li>
<li>2 Chopped Hari Mirch</li>
<li>1 Chopped Tamatar (optional)</li>
<li>Hara Dhaniya (garnish)</li>
<li>2 tsp Ghee</li>
</ul>
<h2>Ingredients – Bati (Wheat Balls)</h2>
<ul>
<li>2 cup Gehun ka aata (Wheat Flour)</li>
<li>¼ cup Ghee / Oil</li>
<li>½ tsp Namak</li>
<li>Pani (dough gundhne ke liye)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Step 1: Dal Cook Karna</h2>
<ul>
<li>Dal dhokar pressure cooker me daalein.</li>
<li>2–3 cups paani + haldi + namak daal kar 3–4 seeti tak cook karein.</li>
<li>Cooker khulne ke baad dal ko mash karein (thodi watery rakhein).</li>
</ul>
<h2>Step 2: Tadka / Tempering</h2>
<ul>
<li>Pan me ghee garam karein.</li>
<li>Jeera + hing + hari mirch + tamatar daal kar halka bhun lein.</li>
<li>Ye tadka dal me daal dein aur hara dhaniya se garnish karein.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Step 3: Bati Banana</h2>
<ul>
<li>Wheat flour me ghee aur namak daal kar medium hard dough gundhein.</li>
<li>Chhote chhote balls banayein (smooth aur round).</li>
<li>Oven me 180°C / 350°F pe 20–25 min bake karein, beech me ghee brush karte rahen.</li>
<li>Oven na ho → pan me low flame me dhak kar roast karein, jalna nahi chahiye.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Step 4: Serve Karna</h2>
<p>Garma garam bati ko dal ke saath serve karein. Optional: Hara dhaniya ya lehsun chutney ke saath.</p>
<h2>Tips</h2>

<li>Dal thodi watery rakhein taki bati soak ho jaaye.</li>
<li>Bati me thoda zyada ghee flavor ke liye daal sakte ho.</li>
<li>Rajasthani style me bati ke saath churma bhi serve karte hain (optional).</li>
